Windermere House

The Windermere Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization created by Windermere Real Estate for the purpose of supporting housing programs and services for homeless families, which is funded by our agents and staff.

Every year Windermere Real Estate agents/staff volunteer their time on a Community Service Day project, this year we decided to go above and beyond just one day.

2004 was the first year that our 5 Windermere West Valley offices have taken on a project this big. We partnered up with the City of Peoria to renovate a home that will be used for transitional housing. It houses less fortunate families with children.
